Consultation Policy

I give The Sage Sanctuary permission to consult and treat via online or in person consultations. I understand that there are potential risks to online consultations, including but not limited to, interruptions and technical difficulties.

Telehealth consultation

Telehealth is the use of a digital platform via communication technologies, such as a computer, tablet or mobile phone, for the real-time remote collection, management and prescription of health care information between a client and practitioner. When conducting a Telehealth consultation there is a requirement to ensure that the consultation is secure, private and confidential.

You need to have a working webcam with sufficient video quality and internet bandwidth to accommodate a real time video Telehealth consultation.

Under no circumstances is the Telehealth Consultation to be audio or video recorded by any stakeholder at any time. All health records are restricted to written documents.

The consultation can be discontinued at any time by you if you so wish.

If necessary, prescriptions, clinic handouts or referrals will be emailed to you after a Telehealth consultation from The Sage Sanctuary (our email service is not encrypted).

Prescriptions that are processed through a third-party Practitioner-only dispensary must be paid for by the client and products will be mailed out to the address provided by the client. The Sage Sanctuary does not accept responsibility for transactions made between the client and the third-party dispensary.

Cancellation Policy

I understand that a 100% cancellation fee may apply if I do not provide at least 24 hours notice.

I understand that a full cancellation fee will apply for no-show or late attendance of my appointment by more than 10 minutes.
